The Therapeutic Container

I deeply understand the challenges of suffering and the yearning for peace. I help clients reconnect with their true selves, guiding them toward healing, clarity, and freedom.

My approach combines years of therapeutic experience, and academic learning with the transformative wisdom of the Buddha Dharma, offering a compassionate and grounded way to address life’s struggles.

From an early age, I was drawn to Tibetan Buddhism, which sparked my curiosity about consciousness and the mind-body connection. This led to a dedicated meditation practice, where I have explored teachings from the Theravada and Mahayana traditions, taking me on years of silent retreats both in Australia and abroad. Through these practices, I learned to trust the wisdom that arises when we slow down, listen and inquire.

I offer clients a calming, compassionate presence to help them navigate overwhelming emotions, trauma, and disconnection while guiding them toward lasting peace, deeper self-understanding, and learning who they truly are.

For me, the Buddha Dharma isn’t just something I practice—it’s a living presence, holding and guiding us both on this path of healing and self-discovery.

healing together / testimonials

  • "I've been working with Nadine for the past few months and from the moment I met her I felt safe and nurtured in her presence."

  • "Nadine's calmness and experience is what really drew me to her, and after a journey with cancer I really needed support to work on deep emotions of grief and fear."

  • "It's difficult to really express in words. Empowerment, freedom, compassion, acceptance and lightness are how I feel in my body and life. It's a journey but I don't feel like the same woman I did when I first sat down with Nadine."

  • "The changes I've been experiencing in just a few months have been so incredible to witness because I simply didn't know the power of our bodies and emotions."

  • "I feel like conventional talk therapy could only get me so far; that was the case for me. So working with Nadine has been incredibly healing and transformational using her style of psychotherapy."

  • "Prior to Nadine I'd only really done conventional talk therapy and never really dived into what was truly stored in my body and unconscious mind. I've been healing parts of me I never knew existed; parts that had been preventing me from living my fullest, happiest life."
