Life unfolds in messy, beautiful, unpredictable, and at times, immensely painful ways. As you move through it, there are times when you need support exploring your inner world—so you can meet this precious life with more aliveness and connection.
Whether you’re feeling alone, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, or perhaps even numbed out just to get through, I’m so glad you found your way here. I know from my own experience that finding the right therapist is both an important and vulnerable journey, and I feel honoured to offer my presence in this work.
